
Maximum Results Training Camp is a group fitness course using strength and conditioning techniques to increase and improve an individual’s personal health and fitness level.
When you sign up for "Training Camp", you are becoming a member of a TEAM. As a TEAM member, you will be Trained, Educated, held Accountable, and Motivated by a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. You and your teammates will train together and motivate each other in achieving your individual goals.
Along with workouts that are designed to challenge you physically and mentally, you will be given nutritional guidance and education. Body Measurements will also be taken at the beginning, middle, and completion of the 6 week Training Camp to monitor your results.
